Safety is given top priority at K&E Fabricating. It starts at the top with upper management taking an active role in the Safety Program.
Each member of Management and Supervision receive a K&E Fabricating Health and Safety Manual that is in compliance with 29 CFR Part 1926 of the OSHA regulations. In addition, K&E Fabricating's Supervisors receive a manual entitled " What Every Supervisor Must Know About OSHA Construction" that provides guidance specifically for construction workers to ensure compliance with mandated Federal regulations emphasizing accident prevention.
Supervisor and employee training are essential for a successful Safety Program. K&E Fabricating conducts a Safety Orientation for newly hired workers and newly appointed Supervisors.
